After more than 25 years leading in diverse educational settings, Dr. Jay chose to turn her passion into purpose. As a socialpreneur, she founded an education consulting agency dedicated to ensuring that underserved communities have access to high-quality, culturally affirming services that create meaningful impact for children and families. Dr. Jay is a first generation college graduate who earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family Relations and Childhood Development from North Carolina Central University, a Masters Degree in Special Education from George Mason University, and her Doctorate Degree in Education and Leadership Administration from Walden University. She enjoys serving and uplifting her community as a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., and The Alumni Association of North Carolina Central University.
